Open Settings → General → VPN & Device Management on your iPhone and confirm the Birrya VPN configuration is present and selected. Toggle it off and on once, then try connecting again from inside the app.
The speed test runs over your current internet connection and is independent of the VPN tunnel. A slow result reflects the network you are on, not the app.
The live pulse measures the route between your device and the specific host you selected. Loss to one host indicates an issue along that route or with that host, not with the app itself.
Uninstall the app. All measurement history and preferences are kept in local iOS storage and are removed with the app. We do not retain anything on our servers.
